Q  Why are Smiths prices so low?
A  We buy in bulk from quality manufacturers, operate on low margins and pass the savings onto our customers.

Q  What guarantee do you offer?
A On most products there is a 12 months manufacturers guarantee but with some products there are 5 year and even 25 year guarantees.

Q  Is there a delivery charge?
A We offer free delivery with orders £500 and above for Northern Ireland.
Orders £500 or less for Northern Ireland will incurr a £50 delivery charge.
Orders £500 or less for Southern Ireland will incurr a £60 delivery charge.
There is free delivery with orders over £1000 for Southern Ireland.
Rugs will cost £7 for delivery anywhere in Ireland.

Q  Can I collect the furniture myself?
A  Yes, we try to encourage this for orders below £500 as postage costs can be quite expensive.

Q  What if my delivery contains damaged goods?
A  Breakages must be notified within 2 days, we may request a photograph or return of goods to substantiate the claim. No items may be returned to us without prior agreement. They will then be replaced or refunded.

Q  What methods of payment do Smiths accept?
A  Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo and Cheque

Q  I prefer not to submit my credit card details online, is there an alternative method of purchasing my goods?
A  If you do not want to submit your credit card details on line, we can take your credit card details over the telephone (028) 82240070  or alternatively you can pay by cheque. Orders will not be processed until a cheque has been cleared, cheques should be made payable to Smiths Ltd

Q What if I have a complaint?
A  We want your shopping experience to be enjoyable and value for money. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the service provide please inform us by emailing info@smithsofomagh.com or alternatively contact us by telephone (028) 82240070. Problems will be dealt with in a prompt and professional manner and we will seek to resolve your complaint quickly and efficiently.

A  No, any information will be kept confidential

Q  Do prices include V.A.T?
A  Yes at 17.5%

Q Do you have a showroom?
A Yes we have a 12,000 sqft showroom in Omagh County Tyrone (next to Omagh Meats)
